Is your Electrical Service Contract completed?
All members of the Heart River REA should have a completed Electrical Service Contract (ESC) and Untility Right of Way (UROW) forms signed.
The purpose of the ESC is to outline how the electrical service is provided to your location, as a member of the Heart River REA.
Please watch your mail for these documents so they can be signed and retunred
to the REA secretary in a timely manner.
The UROW grant gives the Heart River REA the ability to carry out repairs, construction, mainteinance and upgrades as well as vegetation management (brushing) to keep the electrical service in good repair.
2024 Pole Replace Update This summer 99 poles throughout the REA have successfully been replaced.
